Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of patricklawgroup.us and describe general terms that apply when Patrick Law Group, P.A. ("the firm," "we," "us"), 110 N 11th St, Floor 1, Tampa, FL 33602, is engaged. Each client's written engagement agreement controls the specific terms of representation.

No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship

The content on this website, including guides and the consultation checklist, is general information only and is not legal advice. Laws change and every situation is different. Using this website, calling, or sending an email or form does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship exists only after we complete a conflict check and both you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.

Attorney advertising

This website may be considered attorney advertising under the rules regulating The Florida Bar. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements. Before you decide, ask us to send you free written information about our qualifications and experience. Examples on this site are illustrative and do not describe or predict the outcome of any particular matter.

Engagement and scope

Fees, costs, and trust funds

Fees may be contingent, flat, or hourly depending on the matter, as set out in your written agreement. Contingency agreements comply with Florida Bar requirements. Advance fees and cost deposits are held in our trust account and applied as earned or incurred. Statements explain the work performed and costs charged.

Client concerns and fee disputes

If you have a concern, contact your attorney or support@patricklawgroup.us / (813) 229-4785. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and a firm principal will respond in writing within 10 business days. If a fee dispute isn't resolved, you may ask to submit it to mediation or to The Florida Bar's fee arbitration program, where both parties agree. Nothing here limits your right to contact The Florida Bar.

Website use

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Don't misuse the website or its forms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we don't control their content.

Limitation of liability for website use

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Legal services are governed by your engagement agreement and applicable professional rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute about website use is subject to the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.
