Our approach

Start with
the business goal.

Winning a lawsuit that costs more than the dispute is worth isn't a win. We begin by asking what outcome actually helps your business, then build the strategy around it.

  1. 01

    Early case assessment

Review contracts and communications; identify strengths, risks, and likely costs.

  2. 02

    Demand & negotiation

A clear demand letter often resolves disputes before suit is filed.

  3. 03

    Mediation

Florida courts often require mediation; we prepare thoroughly for it.

  4. 04

    Litigation & trial

When necessary, we litigate in state and federal court.

Business litigation FAQ

Can I recover my attorney's fees?

Sometimes. Many contracts include fee-shifting provisions, and some statutes allow fee recovery. Generally, each side pays its own fees unless a contract or statute says otherwise.

How are litigation matters billed?

Usually hourly with an advance retainer held in our trust account. We provide itemized monthly statements and discuss budget at key stages.
