Real estate FAQ

Do I need a lawyer if I have a realtor?

Realtors are valuable but can't give legal advice. Many buyers and sellers bring in an attorney for contract review, unusual terms, or when problems arise.

How are transactions billed?

Many transactional services are offered on a flat-fee basis. Disputes are generally billed hourly. We confirm the arrangement in writing before starting.
